The iPod touch is designed as a portable music player. The iPad is obviously not very portable due to its size, but I think that IPAD is designed to surf the Internet and play with all applications. I think that IPAD is a cross between a laptop and a gaming device.
Although the size of IPAD is a big problem for portability is a huge advantage for watching movies and using the Internet, gives the impression of a laptop. The iPod touch is fun, but some applications are not confronted with the IPAD when it comes to games. IPAD has a much larger screen is easier to see what you do, smoother operation, as it is much more powerful, better graphics and multi-touch technology is far superior.
